My Expertise
With over 10 years of experience in Digital Health, I combine clinical expertise with practical knowledge in digital product development.
As a licensed psychotherapist, Health Concept Designer, and Product & User Researcher, I have worked with early-stage startups, established Digital Health scale-ups, and agencies. In the agency context, I supported digital health projects for major health insurance companies, pharmaceutical firms, and workplace health programs in the automotive industry.
My project experience ranges from health promotion for eSports professionals to digital solutions for prostate cancer, weight reduction programs, and digital treatments for depression and other mental health conditions.
I support companies on a limited part-time basis alongside my main role in developing digital health solutions that are both evidence-based and user-centered, whether companies are at the beginning of product development or optimizing an existing product.

Clinical & Therapeutic Concept Validation
Professional review of therapeutic or psychological concepts and their implementation in digital health products.
I evaluate, for example, the evidence-based foundation of CBT interventions, review UX flows from a clinical perspective, and validate the quality of therapeutic content. This ensures products meet both scientific standards and are designed to be accessible and effective.
Product Strategy & Market Validation
Assessment of the practical applicability and market value of digital solutions for psychotherapists.
I provide, for example, feedback on product usefulness from a therapist's perspective, advise on potential use cases and challenges in therapeutic practice, and support strategic positioning or monetization strategies.
Participatory Product Development
Consulting on strategic user involvement in product development. I support the development and evaluation of processes that systematically involve patients as experts of their own experience.
The focus is on ensuring participation is genuinely empowering rather than merely advisory, giving patients real influence on product design.
